E-Z UP Design Center Artwork Requirements

When uploading your artwork or design in the E-Z UP Design Center, use the following guidelines to ensure the highest quality results. The maximum file size allowed for upload is 10MB.

Other file types are not supported by the E-Z UP Design Center. Please chat, call or email us at artonline@ezup.com to send us your files and we will help you get them in the proper file format.

We realize ordering a custom printed product online can be new for some of you. We want you to know an E-Z UP Design Expert is here to help and review all artwork received. Once a Design Expert reviews your order and artwork, we will send a rendition proof back to you for your final approval. Please note all trademarked logos will be reviewed as well and you may be contacted to confirm permission for use. Once we receive your final approval, your order will be submitted to our production team. The rendition shows the colors, sizing, and placement of your design as its going to appear on your E-Z UP product. We will not print a single piece of your order until you tell us you're satisfied with the rendition proof.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

Logo Fonts and Strokes: In order to keep the integrity of your logo we need the fonts and strokes converted into outlines. (.otf or .tif) Also, have the minimum stroke weight at 3pt with a minimum font height of 1/8”.

Colors: Although digital artwork will be output as CMYK, any colors that need to match a specified color need to be called out as a Pantone solid coated number. Please note we cannot print PMS 801- PMS 814 or Metallic Pantone colors. Digitally printing of the fabric, the color may not exactly match dyed fabric colors.

Raster images and effects will be printed in CMYK and RGB-colored art will need to be converted to CMYK prior to submitting. Black colors need to be changed to the CMYK value 0,0,0,100.

Resolution: Save the image in the highest resolution possible.
